
Diablo Grande’s professional staff is experienced and thoroughly trained in coordinating your event operations. All groups 13 players or more are considered events and include the following:

- Cart Fees
- Practice Balls
- Bag Handling
- Diablo Grande Divot Tool
- Diablo Grande Yardage Book
- Registration Table
Our tournament staff will also prepare the following items on the day of your event:
- Customized Cart Signs
- Customized Score Cards
- Customized Welcome Letter & Rule Sheet
- Customized Scoring & Scoreboards
- Customized On-Course Events
In order to provide the highest level of service, we ask that you provide a complete list of all participants in your event 48 hours in advance. This will provide our professional staff with the opportunity to have everything ready at the time your guests arrive.
Special Notes:
- Guaranteed number of players is required 7 days prior to the event
- In the event a shotgun event has less than 120 players, Diablo Grande has the right to book the course to full capacity
- Starting times for shotgun events may be restricted to certain time periods depending on time of year
- A 20% deposit of total cost is require in order to secure your tournament date
- The remaining balance of payment for the Tournament is due no later than the day of the event
