
Chef Kirk Doyle – Influencing Troon Golf and Diablo Grande with Southern Flavors
Chef Kirk Doyle started his culinary career in the early 90’s working at various restaurants in his hometown Galveston, Texas. He then gained his culinary knowledge working his way through the various positions in the kitchen starting out as a dishwasher, preparation cook, line cook and then explored his career into a management position. Kirks Southern Flavors were largely inspired by his grandmothers and mothers recipes over the years and his grandfathers BBQ style cooking. Chef Kirk Doyle wanted to extend his culinary passion by taking over the kitchen operations as the Executive Chef at Diablo Grande Golf and Country Club.
